SO excited to hear of crowdfunded research on this topic. In the regions where hydraulic fracturing is done, even if a landowner does not sign on to have drilling extend under their property, they cannot stop their neighbors from signing, and many landowners desperately need the funds that drilling leases and pipeline right-of-way leases bring. It's truly a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation for struggling rural residents. This research can net us valuable information to improve their lives!

I work in Ohio for Citizen Action, we go door to door talking to hundreds of people every day of all backgrounds and political stripes that have been clamoring for a study just like this. I really wish I could do more - I'm going to share this in as many places as possible.
