My recent research has focused on strategies for processing sets of numbers. These studies have utilized eye tracking to investigate patterns of attention as one averages an individual set of numbers or compares two sets of numbers. One specific application of this work has been to investigate how general aviation pilots process sets of flight data. In addition, I have experience mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in cognitive psychology research methodology.
