This study explores how different color schemes and lighting affect mood and productivity in office and home spaces. Through controlled experiments and surveys, we will measure stress, focus, and task performance under various lighting and color conditions. The goal is to provide evidence-based recommendations for designing interiors that improve well-being and efficiency.
