Data standardization and analytics strategy

  1. Health Systems will be onboarded.
  2. Data governance structures will be defined based on the Uganda Data Privacy and Protection Act.
  3. Infrastructure needs will be identified and addressed.
  4. Existing data warehousing systems will be evaluated and standardized.
  5. A common data model will be established for all participants.
  6. Data will be anonymized in preparation for analytics.
