📊 Data Update – Organization & Next Steps 🎉

Just a quick update to let you know we’re here and making steady progress! ✨

Kiana has been organizing various analyses and is actively updating a shared folder for the team to review. This will allow us to start integrating key insights into our research brief, which is really starting to take shape. 📂📈

Despite some resource challenges due to the current political climate, we remain committed to moving forward with intention and strategy. We’ll continue refining our approach and will share more updates as things develop.

We also hope you’re taking time to celebrate Black History Month and honor the brilliance, resilience, and contributions of Black communities past and present. ✊🏾🖤

Thank you for your ongoing support—exciting things ahead! 🚀

Best, Jasmine
