I am a passionate ecologist and environmental educator with a faculty position in the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University. I also serve as the Director of K-12 Diversity Pathway Programs and the Director of the Communications Studio in the Nicholas School. My background is in ecology, natural history, environmental education, and environmental communication; and I've published articles encompassing a diverse array of topics, from snake species-habitat relationships to comprehensive pedagogical approaches to significant life experiences in environmental fields.
