About
I am Ahmed Babader from Saudi Arabia. I specialize in multiple subjects and I received a PhD in effective waste management from Liverpool John Moores University in 2015. I obtained master's degree in product design and management engineering from Liverpool University in 2011. My area of research is reusable packaging, waste packaging and waste management systems. I am knowledgeable in all major aspects of product design from conceptual design, product modelling to prototyping. I am able to develop reliable, high quality products with true market appeal, within the budgets and tight timescales demanded. I gained detailed expertise in product design's key concepts, tools and methodologies, including Pro-engineering programs to select materials and processes for new product development, recognising customers’ needs by using QF, product development management, and management of design. I am a member of an international working group on revision of ISO/IEC Guide 41 which concentrates on current guidelines on packaging and that contains recommendations for addressing consumer needs on packaging. Also, I am a director of services and environmental standards at Saudi Arabian Standards Organization. To date, I have some scientific papers published in a reputable journal and conference proceedings. I presented more than 10 papers at conferences around the world.
