About
https://www.linkedin.com/in/ad...I was born in New Jersey and raised in New York. When I was 20 years old I worked as a medical assistant for an orthopedic surgeon. Due to his lack of time, the doctor would typically eat fast food for lunch while he was driving which baffled me. Why would a wealthy doctor who knows about health eat fast food? A few years later, the question became why do patients take medications instead of following a diet? The answer to both questions became clear. it is a fast fix! This study poses an interesting question: If a glass of juice provided most of the nutrients you need to reduce hypertension, blood glucose and cholesterol would you drink it?
I am a chiropractic physician and a diplomate of the american clinical board of nutrition. I have published over a dozen papers and received two Donald P Kern awards in research. I have also been selected for presentation at the annual meeting of the American Public Health Association two consecutive times. Finally, I hold a bachelor degree in Spanish which has allowed me to communicate with researchers in Europe and South America
