Hafa adai! My name is CJ and I am an undergraduate researcher in the McGuire lab at the University of Oregon. My primary interests include plant-microbe ecology, community dynamics in tropical typhoon forests, and ethnobotanical practices in the Pacific Islands. I am from the beautiful island of Guahan and am of CHamoru descent. My hobbies include looking at pictures of plants online, outrigger canoeing, and taking pictures.
