I first visited Oahu when I was in ninth grade. As soon as I saw the vast blueness of the ocean here I knew that I wanted a career in learning more about it.
I have a love for all animals of the sea and am extremely interested in studying these under-researched dolphins.
I currently work in the Pacific Biosciences Research Center under Dr. Hartline and Dr. Lenz. I am doing research on the behavioral responses of copepods.
I have had three years of field work experience in marine sciences and did my first University-affiliated research project in 12th grade. I am also a Master and Scientific diver.
