About This Grant

Mental health research doesn’t just look at treatments for illnesses like bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia. It involves all aspects of our social, emotional, and psychological well-being. From educating adolescents on mental health literacy, to treatments for war veterans, to providing emotionally supportive environments for the elderly, mental health research looks at broad range of topics.

It’s a field in which research can have huge impacts on people’s lives. Through this challenge the we will be funding this type of impactful research.

What does positive psychology teach us about resilience and grit? Why does religion often positively impact someone’s mental health? Can mental health treatments reduce homelessness? These are just a few of the broad range of important questions we can explore.
