Fat Cells Treatments

Exosomes treatments (50 ug/mL for 24 hours) will be performed in fully differentiated white (3T3-L1 mbx), beige (X9) and brown (T37i, NBAT) adipocytes. X9 and NBAT cells were kindly provided by Jun Wu (Dept. Molecular & Integrative Physiology, Life Sciences Institute, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, USA). T37i cells were kindly provided by Marc Lombes (INSERM U-1185, Paris, France).
