Expanding flood image datasets for AI training and improved disaster response

The case studies of which images will inserted in Deucalion and Pyrrha v1.0 datasets is very important. Initially at least 4 case studies per continent will be selected. Then data availability regarding those studies will be checked. Each image added in the dataset will have the case study, and the source annotated. That will systematically increase the diversity of the case studies
