o Seagrass biomass protocol: Corresponds to the standard CARICOMP protocol (CARICOMP and FIO, 2001) which is based on the use of corers to estimate seagrass biomass per square meter.
o Fish protocol: Video transects using the same remotely operated vehicle described previously.
o Benthic macro-invertebrate protocol: 30m transect lines for count and size data of individuals encountered.
