Initial step: 94 celcius for 1 min

32* cycles of the following profile

◦ Denaturing step: 94 celcius 1 minute

◦ Annealing step: 55 celcius 1 minute

◦ Extending step: 72 celcius 2 minutes

◦ Polishing step at the end 72 celcius for 4 minutes

◦ Preserving step: “infinity at 20 celcius” overnight

*During trial 30 cycles used, 2 cycles added when volume of reaction increased.
