Baseline findings
We did a freezer temperature log for six days. We found that there are about there types of events:
a ripple from -21 to -17 Celsius that repeats in a non totally regular manner about every hour. That is most likely the compressor kicking in when the temperature raises. So about 4 degree variation. See second Figure.
an irregular higher spike event about every six hours which seems to be the defrost cycle. About 6 degree variation. See full run figure.
independent events that seem to coincide with opening of the freezer door. That varies from about -8 degrees so 13 degree variation from the -21 that the freezer is set. See full run figure.


These were baseline results without using an 'enzyme cooler'.
