If you aren't staying in a hotel, you must get an accommodation registration printout from law enforcement station for the area you live in. If you're unclear about any facet of the entry requirements, or you require further reassurance, you will need to get hold of the embassy, higher commission or consulate of the nation or territory you're travelling to. The consulate is simply attempting to find out all of the information for them to make the appropriate decision about your application.
