Hey Libby! Thanks so much! The decision to use the SCQ was actually suggested by another researcher in the field as a way to gauge the severity level of the participants. As I am not trained to use ADOS yet in research, SCQ seems to be the best option for that. IQ will be used as a measure to determine the equality of groups, as they will be randomized. Overall, I am planning to use two testing protocols (a task card and video model), compared to a control group when using the test of gross motor development. I am hoping to create a more standardized modification process for using the motor assessment.
