About
I am a biology major in my senior year at The University of Akron in Akron, Ohio and I am currently taking a variety of courses that allow me to concentrate my studies in vertebrate zoology. Presently, I serve as an undergraduate researcher and the gecko husbandry supervisor in Dr. Peter H. Niewiarowski’s lab at The University of Akron. My latest project investigates the sprint velocity of geckos while they are running on wet, vertical substrates. I will be continuing in the lab as a PhD student this fall in the Integrated Bioscience PhD Program at the University of Akron. Please feel free to learn more about my research interests by accessing my website.
