Thanks for the clear and cogent update. It is intriguing that the neuropathology in the treated and untreated mice is so different, despite the lack of difference in survival times. It suggests the plaques are a consequence of some other underlying problem rather than the cause. Some other studies have suggested this too, right? You guys know this literature much better than I do.
