I am interested in using systems biology for a more sustainable agriculture. My interests include automation, algorithms, and the digitization of everyday devices.I am currently employed as a Senior Lab Technician in the Dr. Thomas Brutnell Lab at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center specializing in making strand-specific RNA-seq libraries along the leaf developmental gradient in grasses (maize, Setaria, rice, and non-model grasses).
