Tim Garrett is a professor of Atmospheric Sciences at the University of Utah. He holds a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Washington and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Waterloo in Canada. He has authored 60 peer-reviewed articles about his research on aerosols, clouds, precipitation and the thermodynamics of complex systems. His teaching covers undergraduate and graduate courses in thermodynamics, cloud physics and radiative transfer.
With team member and engineer Cale Fallgatter he has a patent pending on Systems and methods for imaging of falling objects
