Thanks for the update, Carly. Your "absolute favorite result" was a bit of puzzle to us--1st because it was your favorite. Why? And 2nd because it seemed to be opposite of what we would expect--that institutional betrayal would have such an impact that a bad experience would create a strong association, therefore be easier to remember. So you go, girl! Use that data!
