As of June, I have graduated UCSC with a degree in Molecular, Cell & Developmental Biology. I am one of the two iGEM captains, and spend my days managing project progress, trouble-shooting in the lab, and stressing if we are going to finish in time for the Jamboree. In the sparse time I have outside of iGEM, I like to hike, find swimming holes, and clean my house. After iGEM, I am going to apply to gene therapy and protein engineering companies in San Francisco and Boston. I hope to someday run projects similar to iGEM on a much larger scale!
