Challenge Aims

Does sleep deprivation impair performance on a driving test? Are psychological studies replicable? Does healthcare staff burnout affect patient safety? It’s surprising how many diverse and important questions are investigated by experimental psychologists.

Often described as more of a scientific method than a subfield within psychology, experimental psychologist can work for universities, government agencies, and private business. They look at humans and animals. Sometimes their results have immediate practical impact, and sometimes their results push our boundary of understanding just a little further.

We're launching a grant for any experimental psychology research. It doesn't matter if you're a psychologist, sociologist, biologist, educator, student, research group, or science enthusiast. We welcome submissions from any discipline or field. Interdisciplinary projects are encouraged! If you're unsure, just send us an email at support@experiment.com.
