I am really excited about this project. Indeed, there is a need for reliable digital road companions, especially in remote areas. I notice that, in this field, researchers, developers and engineers are keen to softly switch to Li-Fi, instead of Wi-Fi. However, they usually struggle to find a good starting point to kick off their activities. So I think having such an open source testbed supported by preliminary hardware front-ends addresses these needs really well. Overall, a good project by a promising researcher.
