Summary

Yaupon holly extracts were previously made. 4.3 grams of yaupon holly new or old leaves were collected and dried at 30 degrees Celsius for five days. Dried leaves were blended and mixed with 100mL ethanol. The extract was filtered and concentrated using rotary evaporation.
