Methods

Summary

Antibodies, dyes, and solutions are regular expenditures with regard to my experiments. Described below is a list of the main recurring expenditures for my project.

Challenges

I expect to run upon challenges in duo immunostaining as I hope to visualize two hemocyte populations in my sample.

Pre Analysis Plan

The ratio of plasmatocytes to granulocytes, which are types of white blood cells in invertebrates will be analyzed to identify which cell type is most expressed after tissue damage.
