About This Project

I want to create an organisation according to Elinor Ostrom's principles, to manage a transportsystem which produces its own energy and transport services to be able to deliver a system change.

Systematic change needs a more play based mindset to be able to change your mind depending on situation instead of a game based where the rules are set and defended in advance.

What is the significance of this project?

The problem is how to change a system and make people engaged as part of the solution, and to stretch the individual ability to perform task not done before or to dare asking a colleague.

The system consists of different items, which will be used and managed by different persons, and knowledge need for the different stakes are different. To be able to build a set of rights for different stakeholders which can guide the members what to do, and give them guidance
