Here I am cleaning 96 PCR samples to send out for sequencing! We invested in a new vacuum system in order to be able to process 96 samples at a time. This increases our productivity but did set us back about $700. However, if we want to do this for several genes and thousands of samples, we will need this level of efficiency!
