Great question! See the criteria from the APA (linked). There are 9 basic criteria proposed and the idea here is that these must be accompanied by a sense that these must cause significant distress in a person’s life (aside from other things going on in someone’s life).

No problem. I've solicited quotes from a number of potential partners who specialize in cohort/stratified samples. This process has lead to a handful of panels which have a unit price in this neighborhood.
