How do the Farnsworth Munsell scores look like for the moment? Do you suffer from other side-effects from the vitamin A1 restriction?

The date of the last dataset should be 06/09/14, not 06/16/14. Unless vitamin A restriction allows for time travel which would be even more fantastic than IR vision :-)

I see that the average body fat percentage is about 14-17% for fit men. Single-digit BFP are for athletes. Won't it take a long time to achieve such a low BFP? It seems like a quest on its own, unless you have some "magic" trick to lower it.
