Looks great especially compared to expensive and hard-to-maintain alternative wave power projects. Assuming it doesn't work very well in kelp fields, will have to stay pretty northern coast, right? Maybe off Eureka or Humboldt??? Have you sussed out potential environmental impacts? This is California, after all...
