The World Resource Institute map is interesting from the point of view that the changes from 1850 to 2010 are not nearly as dramatic as I would have thought it would be.

I watched the 7 minute video. The process of estimating the cost or value of changing a natural site or not seems highly speculative. Part of the assessment may be more valuable if you identify who owns or controls the land. If "Government" land, the response would be very different than if you a...more
