23c0n: sure, yes it will be a different email address per site. For example, we will have the domain "example.com", and create email addresses like aaaa@example.com, aaab@example.com, etc. and maybe the first one will be used in a craigslist post while the second one is used to sign up for auto insurance. Spam sent to either email address will forward to the same place, but we will be able to see which email address the spam was sent to, and so we can determine where the spammer harvested the email address from.
