Research Preparation

Research update 

The lead and limestone mine sites at Ameka and Nkalagu, both in Ebonyi state, Nigeria, have been visited to assess the terrain and interaction with the locals. I have also visited the Department of Soil Science and the Energy Center research laboratories in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, for a capacity check. From my investigation, both laboratories have the required human and material resources to carry out the research. I have equally contacted the personnel and the extension agents, who are an integral part of the research process, and we are motivated and eager to hit the ground
