Methods

Summary

Using a Time-Series design, data on each variable will be collected daily (each work day). A baseline series of data will be collected, equaling 30-45 data points per variable. During this time, no changes to the office or work environment will be made. 

At the end of the baseline period, the office will be altered to include the standing desk. Each variable will continue to be collected until data for each variable is equal to or greater than one hundred data points. 

When data is collected, analysis will compare baseline with post-intervention trends to determine significant differences.
