Final participant count is 76. Other than the physiological data, the data set has been assembled and the various metrics have been calculated. The Center for Neuroeconomics Studies is developing an extraction algorithm for the physiological data, so that should be added soon.

The proposed research explores how leaders can more effectively communicate purpose by monitoring neural activity during leader-follow communication, assessing follower trust in the leader, and measuring commitment to the leader’s message.
