To me, being vegan isn't an ingredient list, but an aspiration to live as kindly as possible and to create mutually beneficial relationships. From that standpoint, humanure would be veganic. I also understand there are people who may have concerns about manure (human or nonhuman) inputs, and possible pathogen risks, so it would be important to be transparent if such inputs are used.
