Currently studying a Master of International Relations, I view scientific research as integral to improving the lives of people everywhere and uncovering the secrets of the universe.
Scientific public education is a very important issue. Well done! And if you encounter and age-discrimination remember that experience is a qualitative, not quantitative phenomenon, and you seem to live a rich life.
Hi Jack,
I see the potential in your experiment and am encouraged by your ambition. I, and I suspect a number of other potential backers, would appreciate perhaps a very brief explanation of how the propulsion pilot system you seek to develop would operate and how you might go about constructing it. If people know more about your project, they are more likely to back it.
Good luck!

Could microwaves be used as a viable source of propulsion?
Hi Monica,
Sorry to take so long to get back to you after your message. I was a bit overrun with university commitments and your note slipped my mind. I wish you all the best in securing the remaining 30% of your funding but, even if you are unsuccessful in this instance, you should take encouragement from the fact that it was so well received and redouble your efforts.
Kindly,
Lawrence
I'm so very impressed by your story and wish you the best of luck! It is reassuring to know that young people such as yourself are passionate about space explorations and are working to make it increasingly viable. Even if you fail to get the necessary funding, I encourage you to continue on this path of discovery and experimentation to achieve even greater things in the future.
If you have not already done so, you should apply for research grants and even look into private, non-partisan sponsors for your project.
I think you should make the implications of your research more clear in the heading of your project, or at least early on. I did not immediately realise the benefits of your project.
Good luck!
