When I first started a ketogenic diet I had issues with leg and foot cramps, but after including 400 mg of Magnesium each day, and switching to morton's "lite" salt which is higher in potassium, they've gone away. Constipation has been a bigger issue, I find that veggies and leafy greens don't help much unless I include large amounts of them, which unfortunately kicks me out of ketosis. However, if I include 1 tsp of mct oil or a tablespoon or two of coconut oil in my daily diet, I find it completely resolves itself...
