Summary
Foliar tissue carbon and nitrogen isotope discrimination (denoted δ13C and δ15N, respectively) will be measured using isotope ratio mass-spectrometry on a random subset of ground needle samples from across the combined water treatments (n=4) following the protocol provided on our experiment.com project webpage.
