- P. Michael HutchinsI just took your survey. You can expect your result to be degraded by the fact that the GUI elements Radio Buttons, Pick from a List - and maybe others interpret uses of the arrow keys to mean , until the user explicitly exits its context (eg: by clicking outside its areal extent).Oct 19, 20150
- Paige Brown JarreauResearcherCan you explain what you mean a bit more? Those buttons are the Qualtrics default themeOct 19, 20150

- Denny LuanBackerHey Paige, just wondering how come you haven't yet recruited the 60 blog participants beforehand? Do you expect that that might bias who would participate (e.g. if it's dependent on having the gift cards)? Also, just from a funding perspective, I think backers would be more receptive if it was clear that the project was ready to move forward. Congrats on launching!Sep 17, 20150
- Paige Brown JarreauResearcherDenny, I wanted to have a plan in place to at least tentatively offer survey participation incentives before I recruited the blog participants. E-mails to them have already gone out, and I don't anticipate any bias in their participation based on the gift cards (the gift cards are for the participants of the Survey itself, not these 60 blogger collaborators). The blog participants are getting their own separate incentive, which is that they get all the raw survey data based on the readers of their blog(s). This project IS absolutely ready to move forward! We will launch the survey whether we successfully crowd-fund or not - the incentives would just help us get better data. Thanks for asking!Sep 17, 20150
- Steph Januchowski-HartleyBackerBest of luck Paige! It sounds really cool! I look forward to hearing about the work as it moves along! Power to #scicomm! :)Sep 17, 20150
