Glad to hear! The wheels turn slowly but there's a lot more coming. The pilot data funded through Experiment allowed us to land a $700K+ NSF grant in 2016, which really expanded the scope of this work.

Thanks for sharing! I have seen Jürgen Otto's peacock spider videos, but not this one. Actually very interesting what's going on there. The way the male waves his leg tuft across the rim of the leaf is likely designed to be extremely salient to the female. That's exactly the type of movement that's irresistible to the motion detection "circuitry" of a jumping spider.
