Do you like math?

I've had a on-again-off-again relationship with math for most of my life. I started off as a math whiz - then fell behind after switching school systems and was no longer a fan of math. In my first...

Thanks Matthew! I too am on the edge of my seat to find out what we learn :) I think one of the questions that really sticks out for me occurs in the instances where people so quickly turn to violence due to some seemingly innocuous behaviour or quality presented by another. We shall see - thank you for your support (and donation!)

Good question. No - they don't. We're going to do a general pre-screening questionnaire. We'll then score the measures related to homonegativity and invite a random sample of participants representing those across the spectrum of attitudes - i.e. approximately 40 participants who are high in homonegativity, 40 who are around the mid-point of the scale and 40 who are low in homonegativity (or, who have positive attitudes). The pre-screening will include a variety of different attitudinal measures and will be framed as an attitudes and opinions survey.

Hi Chris!! Thank you for your comments -- That dog is Ellenore - she's a character! I feel the same about the news coverage - I think that we like to comfort ourselves by making ourselves think that "these things" happen elsewhere, but in truth, they happen everywhere! Thanks for the support - getting the word out there is just as good as any $$. :)
